DELIVERY POLICY

An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address (provided by you) upon checking out. Checking your spam folder if it is not viewed on your inbox must also be kept in mind. It will not take longer than 4 hrs for our website (mastery-academy.com) to send an e-mail confirmation once you purchased or enrolled using mastery-academy.com checkout page. Keep the email to serve as an invoice. We will contact you through email or through phone, via SMS or Voice Call once we have received confirmation of your registration fee within the span of one(1) week.

REFUND POLICY

A non-refundable down payment is mandatory to guarantee your seats in our course/program.
Only those who paid in full are eligible for a refund. 

• 100% refund for cancellation made two months before the program starting date.
• 50% refund for cancellation made one month before the program starting date.
• No refund for cancellation made less than 30 days before the program starting date.Once you have attended our courses/programs, we will not issue any refunds. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the program date is NOT eligible for a full refund. Deadline of cancellations is 30 days before the program starts, any cancellations made after that will not receive any refund. Cancellation must be discussed and communicated directly to our course coordinator.

CORRECTIONS AND UPDATES

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions would be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
