On this document, you will find information on the organization’s rules, regulations and policies.

Terms of Service

  • You confirm that you are a licensed dental practitioner.
  • You will ensure that the email address provided in your account registration is always valid and will keep your contact information accurate and up to date.
  • Our services and materials must not be used for any illegal activities.
  • Course materials cannot be used to impersonate others.
  • Do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by Mastery Academy without our written permission.
  • The official language to be used is English (for all ways of communication).
  • Video or audio recording during sessions is not allowed.
  • The Academy reserves the right to modify the timing, location and the speaker of the modules in response to specific circumstances that may arise. Students will receive sufficient advance notice prior to the commencement of the module.
  • In case of missing a module, due to a reason related to the participant, the fees will remain the same.
  • Certificates and CE hours will be issued once fees are fully paid.
  • Mastery Academy has the right to publish the group photos and videos taken during the sessions.
  • Participants are strictly prohibited from disclosing the confidential pricing and rates provided to them. Each participant may receive a special rate based on exclusive pricing policies or specific discounts. Sharing this information with other participants or third parties is not allowed.

Admission Fees

  • Upon registration, we incur fixed costs such as venue booking, certification fees, and administrative expenses. Therefore, any advanced payment—whether made as a seat reservation or towards the full program fee—is strictly non-refundable. However, the paid amount will be held as a credit in the participant's account and may be applied toward another training program offered by Mastery Academy within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
    Please note that the use of this credited amount for another program is not guaranteed and will be subject to prior approval from the Academy’s Admissions Management. If the credited amount is not utilized by the end of the calendar year, it will be removed from the participant’s account and considered expired.
  • For full programs, balance payments can be made in installments.
  • Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, or credit card.
  • Fees cover teaching, study materials, handouts, lectures, and certificates.
  • Group rates apply to groups of three or more. If a member withdraws, standard fees will apply to the remaining members.
