Mastery Academy is committed to providing you with the highest standards of continuous dental education and a learning environment that enables you to fulfil your potential and further enhance your skills.

This document outlines the organization’s rules, regulations, and policies.

Terms of Service

  • You confirm that you are adental practitioner.
  • The participant is responsible for ensuring that all contact information provided, including email address and phone number, remains accurate and up to date at all times.
  • The Academy’s services, materials, and resources must not be used for any unlawful, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
  • Course materials cannot be used to impersonate others.
  • Do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by Mastery Academy without our written permission.
  • The official language to be used is English (for all ways of communication).
  • Video or audio recording during sessions is not allowed.
  • The Academy reserves the right to modify the schedule, location, or speakers of the modules due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will receive sufficient advance notice prior to the commencement of the module.
  • If a participant misses a module due to personal reasons, the fees will remain the same.
  • Certificates and Continuing Education (CE) hours will be issued upon full payment of all applicable fees. Applicable for CME Programs Only.
  • Mastery Academy reserves the right to capture and use photographs and video recordings taken during sessions for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
  • Participants are strictly prohibited from disclosing any confidential pricing, discounts, or rates offered to them. Each participant may receive a special rate based on exclusive pricing policies or specific discounts. Sharing this information with other participants or third parties is not allowed.

Admission Fees

  • Upon registration, the Academy incurs fixed costs including venue booking, certification, and administrative expenses. Therefore, any advanced payment—whether made as a seat reservation or towards the full program fee—is strictly non-refundable. However, any amount paid may, at the sole discretion of the Academy, be credited toward another program within the same calendar year, subject to availability and prior approval.
NOTE: Any unused credit balance must be utilized within the same calendar year. Unused amounts will expire automatically at the end of the year and will not be carried forward.
  • For full programs, balance payments can be made in instalments.
  • Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, or credit card.
  • Fees cover teaching, study materials, handouts, lectures, and certificates.
  • Group rates apply to registrations of three or more participants. If any member withdraws, the standard individual fee structure shall apply to the remaining participants.

By confirming this Agreement, the participant acknowledges that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • They have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein
  • They accept full responsibility for compliance with the policies of Mastery Academy

The participant further understands that any violation of these terms may result in dismissalfrom the program without refund and may lead to legal action where applicable.
